Paul is a technology entrepreneur and engineering leader with more than a decade of experience building and delivering complex software, cloud and cybersecurity solutions. His background spans SCADA, embedded systems, software architecture, systems integration, mobile and web applications, PLCs and industrial technology, with more than 200 bespoke software products delivered for clients.
His experience ranges from developing enterprise systems for major organisations including Balfour Beatty, Barclays and Schneider Electric, through to EV infrastructure, automation and multinational technology projects. Alongside his technical background, Paul has held senior operational and commercial roles covering team leadership, customer relationships, governance and post-acquisition integration.
He is now bringing that combination of deep software expertise, systems thinking and business experience into robotics, AI and intelligent automation.
David is an experienced robotics and automation engineer with a strong background spanning manufacturing, emerging technologies, systems integration and bespoke machine building. Over his career, he has delivered automation and engineering projects for major manufacturers including Aston Martin, Nissan, Vauxhall, Johnson Matthey, Lear Corporation and Magna, among others.
Specialising in advanced automation machinery, robotic systems and custom-built production equipment, David combines practical engineering experience with a forward-thinking approach to technology. His work focuses on integrating robotics, vision, software and intelligent automation to create reliable, scalable systems that solve real manufacturing challenges.
With a strong focus on performance, maintainability and real-world usability, he aims to deliver practical, innovative solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, adapt to changing production demands and remain competitive in an increasingly automated industry.
Amy leads finance, business and commercial operations. She brings extensive experience in financial and business management, combining commercial awareness, forward-thinking and practical problem-solving to the businesses she works with.
She focuses particularly on building strong foundations for sustainable growth and is skilled at identifying opportunities and risks, turning strategic objectives into practical action.
Working across both the financial and operational aspects of the business, Amy helps drive informed decision-making, strengthen performance and create long-term value.
